Apple Crisp

8 peeled and chopped apples
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all of the above in a greased 9x13 pan.

Mix together the following until crumbly, and sprinkle over the top of the apple mixture:
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 sticks butter
2 tsp cinnamon

Cover well and freeze. To cook, thaw and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
