Cheesy Potatoes

2 lbs shredded hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt sour cream
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, chopped

Topping:
2 cups crushed Cornflakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Mix together all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Mix topping ingredients together and spread evenly over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
