Turkey Meatloaf

2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
2 T olive oil
1 T fresh thyme (or 1/2 T dried thyme)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 T tomato paste

Saute everything but turkey in a sauce pay until onions are cooked (about 6 minutes). Let cool. Add to turkey and mix well.

Add:
1 cup dried bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix together and form into meatloaf. Top with about 1/4 cup of ketsup. Bake at 350d for 1 1/2 hours.

  1. This is one of the best meatloafs we've ever had - and doesn't taste "turkey-y" It's positively awesome!
